The Langley Trappers are excited to announce the commitment of 2007 Easton Melanson. Melanson, a strong and skilled forward impressed the coaching staff with his work ethic and scoring ability. “He is always active and looking for opportunities in and around the crease” vocalized Assistant Coach Will Pedersen. “He is a player that catches your eye and we are excited to work with him this season.”
Melanson spent the 2023-2024 season with Langley’s Sharpshooter Academy where he tallied 37 Goals and 37 Assists for 74 Points in 40 Games Played. These stats make him the single season record holder for points at the Academy.
