JUNIOR SPRING LEAGUE:
The The Langley Trappers are excited to announce along with: Burnaby Steelers, Delta Ice Hawks, Chilliwack Jets, Coastal Tsunami, Port Coquitlam Trailblazers, Richmond Sockeyes, and Ridge Meadows Flames the creation of a collaborative junior spring league taking place between the dates of:
April 11th 2026 to June 6th 2026!
with team practices beginning beforehand with an exact start time still TBD.
This spring league is open to 2011-2007 born athletes, with a cap of 5 participating junior hockey experienced athletes in each game. This cap is in an effort to provide a scouting and development platform for hopeful hockey players looking for Junior hockey exposure, while offering a competitive game that will have seasoned junior players on the ice. We will have weekly weeknight games, we will feature two weekend showcases, and we will offer a 12 game, full length schedule throughout the spring. The Trappers spring league coach will be Will Pederson, two year Assistant Coach with the big club and two year Head Coach of Langley Minor Hockey’s U18 program.
We are looking for keen players who want to advance their skills through the summer while playing a competitive brand of hockey in a Trappers jersey. We will be offering weekly practices and weekly workouts along side the JSL games.
